At long last – The Chinese Food Festival returns to London at the end of August. Lots of the traders are cooking up special festival dishes, so we’ll be making a beeline to Yun, Liu Xiaomin, Chilli Legend, Bun House, Ekachai and Pleasant Lady to begin, leaving time for some drink breaks with Coco and Yifang. And when we’ve had our full, we’ll be trying out the School of Wok: the classes are free and although we don’t often go for cooking lessons, when it means upping our at-home Chinese game, we’re always down.
