Don’t let those summer nights slip by. Claw are hosting a one-off Seafood & Craft Beer feast at their Finsbury Avenue site on Thursday 10th August. Pairings come from Kicking Horse, who will be talking through each beer as it is served with a six course menu from Claw’s head chef Josh Levy. There will be new specials such as crab beignets with kelp and cured egg yolk, and Levy has also created two dessert beer pairings especially for the night, including millionaire shortbread and salted caramel milk stout.
