Dan Doherty has a midnight feast in the works and who are we to stop him. Duck & Waffle has long been our go-to for out-of-hours dining, and this is the perfect excuse if you’re yet to stop by late at night. Guests will be seated around one communal table in the private dining room as Dan takes diners through the new dishes on the Duck & Waffle Late Night Menu, including salt beef grilled cheese, a new duck burger and chocolate fondant with peanut butter ganache. Each course will be paired with cocktails designed for night owls, including a caffeine-free espresso martini. Plus, you’ll get the full whack of that 40th floor skyline view by night – a real treat.
