Regularly touted as London’s best sandwich shop, Max’s has just started their six month residency at Dalston’s Birthdays. We’re told Max’s will stick with their signature ‘meal’ sandwiches: think ham hock with fried egg, piccalilli, and potato, and short rib with sauerkraut, deep-fried broccoli and gravy mayo, plus some new surprises.
