Nuno Mendes is king of all things Portuguese, and his latest supper series explores the international influence of his native cuisine, exploring how it can be traced in the cultures of Goa, Macau, Mozambique and Japan. Kicking off on the 21st March with a Goan feast at Taberna with stuffed poppadoms and Portuguese Pork Vindaloo, followed by a Portuguese-Chinese fusion dinner showcasing arroz gordo and pork chop buns on the 23rd May.
