Gonzalo Luzarraga and Francesco Ferretti launch RIGO’ this summer, inspired by Gonzalo’s culinary journey from a childhood in Piedmont to his career as a Michelin-starred chef working across Europe. RIGO’, Piedmontese for a journey of rigorous research, will begin with a signature menu (sea urchin with bagna caoda, monkfish with lime selz, and Porcini brûlé with chestnut cream), as well as a la carte and lunchtime offerings.
