Yosma launches a new series of ‘çilingir’ Locksmith Dinners throughout April, taking place every Tuesday evening from 7pm. Hosted by executive chef Hus Vedat, these dinners will follow the traditions of the Turkish Meyhane ritual, with a bottle of raki bringing friends together around a meze-laden table. Speciality dishes include Levrek Marine, with sea bass, grapefruit, fennel and green chilli, and Pancar, made from pit roasted beetroot, garlic oil, dill. We’re told that in Istanbul, the word ‘Sohbet’ means to share a good story to quench the soul, and that sounds like a pretty good excuse to crack open the raki on a Tuesday.
