It’s a job in itself to keep up with Tony Conigliaro these days. While his Untitled Bar in Dalston remains a firm favourite, don’t miss Gazelle, his Mayfair opening with long-standing partner in crime, Rob Roy Cameron. Taking place over two floors of an 1820 Edwardian building, Gazelle is a huge, 2,500 sq ft space, home to all day dining, from breakfast to late night bar snacks, so Tony’s cocktails have plenty of space for creative flair. But don’t overlook the food menu, either: with experience at El Bulli and Barcelona’s 41 Degrees under his belt, this will be the first time the pair have teamed up with food as an equal focus.
