The duo behind Hackney’s much-loved The Marksman have just launched their new venture bunshop at Market Hall Victoria – taking their signature savoury buns from the Marksman’s menu and creating an entire new concept based around them. We caught up with them to chat all things LDN.
What’s your all time favourite London restaurant?
Tom: Bentley’s Oyster Bar.
Jon: St. John.
Where do you go to celebrate?
Tom: The River Café.
Jon: J Sheekey in Covent Garden.
Favourite weekend break destination?
Tom: I love a trip to Whitstable for some sea air.
Jon: Lisbon in Portugal, or Hokham, Norfolk.

Tom: Rawduck in Hackney.
