Still one of London’s most loved bars, The Blue Bar (originally designed by David Collins and refreshed by his protégé Robert Agnell) has stood the test of time. Its distinctive signature Lutyens blue is still present, but the bar itself has had various updates throughout the years to keep it contemporary. Their drink menu is concise (16 cocktails), and you navigate it via flavours on their Meta Menu (fresh, bubbly, bold or crisp).
