Started by Nicholas Fitzgerald and based on his extensive travels through Mexico, Tacos Padre serves tacos by day, and a more extensive menu (with specials) by night during the spring and summer. Their stall is tiled, with stools all around, and extra tables that pop up when the weather permits. For margaritas, it’s slushies and special editions, which is what they’ve done for us. Pull up a stool, watch the world go by and enjoy!
