With El Pastor moving into Mark Hix’s old venue – HIX Soho – on Brewer Street, we can firmly say, good times are coming. They will have the usual El Pastor authentic Mexican menu with in-house made tortillas, as well as a new focus on seafood tostadas (à la Baja Cali). There will also be a handpicked selection of mezcals, tequilas and Mexican beers, and EXCITINGLY, the lower ground floor will be styled as ‘Mezcaleria El Colmillo,’ named after the nightclub Sam and Crispin ran in the ’90s and ’00s in Mexico City. The basement will have a music focus too – we can’t wait!
