This new 32-bed, opening in April, is from the family that brought us Sant Francesc in Palma and is located in Santanyí, on the lesser-known southeast coast of Mallorca. There are two restaurants, a spa, an extensive contemporary art collection (focused on Spanish artists) and a library curated by Assouline. It’s also located next to Mallorca’s second largest nature park, so it’s a great location for walkers. We suggest staying at their Palma hotel, then making your way here for some R&R. Deía who?
