Limited edition / one-off Lobster benedicts with XO hollandaise for £15? Ooooh. Or what about a breakfast sandwich with cave-aged gruyere, shitake XO, and tasso ham on a buttered brioche? Yes please. How about chicken fat hash browns with cuttlefish over coals and a fried egg? (This was on the weekend lunch menu and looked delicious.) Wow. Let’s see what he (and his team) do next.
