Blacklock is getting a big brother. The former Soho brothel is one of our go-to spots for a meat fix, and now the square mile is getting a taste. The new site, like the Soho one, is steeped in history: it’s an old electricity substation in the basement of Grade II listed building, plus it’s on a street that used to be a medieval meat market. Apt. What’s new? There will be starters (a new addition for Blacklock), new cuts, and a separate cocktail bar. But most importantly, there will be reservations! Bye bye, queues.
