The Gallipoli restaurants that line Islington’s Upper Street are long-time favourites. This summer the team expand east, with the arrival of Tuyo on Broadway Market. Former Salt Yard Group chef Ricardo Pimental’s menu is all about pinchos, tapas and sharing dishes, and there’s an open kitchen to see it all taking place, so we’re betting the convivial atmosphere of Gallipoli is here to stay. Look out for harissa lamb rump with black olive couscous, duck and figs with pearl barley and blue cheese and date croquetas.
