Renowned mixologist Tony Conigliaro and business partner Guillaume Le Dorner have teamed up to open Luciole, a neighbourhood cocktail bar on the banks of the river Charente in Cognac, France. The 50-cover space is housed in a former horse and carriage stables, and showcases some of the finest Cognac available on its ‘Cognac Wall’. Try it on its own, or mixed in one of Tony’ C’s cocktails – #UJLoves the sound of the Spitfire – a twist on the classic New York Sour. And to eat? The kitchen is a local affair, serving classic French bar food like charcuterie, saucisson, cheese and tartlets. But that’s not all – next year, the duo plan to extend Luciole into a full dining space with 5 rooms to stay in – go get the full experience!
