Martha Ortiz’s Dulce Patria caused quite the storm in Mexico City, and the world-renowned chef has now launched Ella Canta at the InterContinental Park Lane. Prepare to sample modern Mexican cuisine at its finest: vampire ceviche, seafood and lobster pozole with cacahuazintle corn as well as a standalone cantina-style bar with a penchant for rare mezcal. Martha’s cult following in Mexico is largely down to her ability to blend traditional Mexican cookery traditions with contemporary techniques.
