It’s always a good time to head to Zuma, and now with 11 Zumas globally and a 15th anniversary to celebrate, there’s no excuse not to revisit this original. Need a reminder of some of their greatest hits? As the first restaurant to offer the robata concept to London, you can’t head here without ordering some favourites from the grill (asparagus and shitake please). Other must-haves include sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, wagyu tataki, and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy – along with the freshest sashimi around (#UJloves).

And lest we forget the cocktails, made here with such flavour and precision. Try their new winter menu, which will focus on heavier, warming, spices and flavours. We have our eye on the Fakaura Margarita with carrot juice, cumin, coriander seeds and chilli. And, of course there’s the lighting.
