As the executive chef Hackney’s Michelin-starred Pidgin and new sister restaurant Magpie, Dan Graham knows a thing or two about dining in London. We found out his foodie faves.
What’s your all-time favourite restaurant in London?
It’s hard to have a favourite restaurant in London, but the last restaurant I really enjoyed was Street XO.
Where do you go when you want to celebrate?
I like to make a trip somewhere. For my 30th I went to L’enclume and it felt very special.
What do you cook on a night in?
My girlfriend is in charge of what gets cooked at home – I’m just on chopping duty! It’s usually something like a tagine or a stir fry.
What’s your local?
The Albion. It feels like a country pub.
