Le Bab founders branch out
They gave us gourmet kebabs in Soho, and now Stephen Tozer and Ed Brunet are opening a complete kebab house and bar in Covent Garden. Situated on Mercer Walk – opposite Temper’s pizza joint – Maison Bab will also add a hidden 10-seater chef’s table to the mix. On the menu it’ll be about handmade kebabs, flatbreads and modern mezze, all overseen by new collaborator chef Menu Canales Garces, the former sous chef at the two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche.
