Green Room

It’s time to welcome a luxe cocktail bar to Shoreditch. The Curtain Hotel have placed Jenny Willing (who previously opened Mondrian London’s Dandelyan bar) at Green Room’s helm, with a focus on using local ingredients, including East London Liquor Company rum, E5 Bakery sourdough and Land Chocolate. The drinks have been inspired by Willing’s favourite places in the area and will reflect the cultural diversity of Shoreditch. Make ours a Rough Trade, a drink with a Bangladeshi twist, inspired by Brick Lane.
