The Lowdown
Since founding their Experimental Cocktail Club in Paris, the three childhood friends behind Experimental Events can seemingly do no wrong. Now Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff have set their sights on a new line-up of hotels, and Verbier is next.
The Facts
Verbier is already a favourite party destination, but there’s no chance Experimental Events will be playing it safe with their first foray into the snow. Renowned Parisian chef Greg Marchand (Frenchie) has created a menu for the chalet’s restaurant, giving a contemporary spin to some great alpine classics (think rösti, tartiflette and local ingredients aplenty). And keep an eye out for changes afoot at the Farm Club – the group have snapped that up too. As for an open date? We hear it’s right on track for the start of season in December.
