It’s July: give the people what they want. And that’s entirely what New York BBQ legends Fette Sau seem to have in mind by teaming up with Brooklyn Brewery at Mare Street Market to launch the Brooklyn BBQ. Expect a weekend of beer and brisket as Fette’s founder Joe Carroll teams up with Gizzi Erskine to create an exclusive 9-piece BBQ menu (pork sausage links with chilli and apricot BBQ sauce have our name on it) as well as beer pairings to combat this heatwave.
