Bar Three

There’s no use us being coy – we love Three Sheets, and brothers Max and Noel Venning are back with a follow-up. Found beneath Spitalfield’s Blixen, Bar Three has a menu split into threes, with drinks categorised by flavour rather than spirit (we can’t understand why this method isn’t more popular elsewhere) – so choose between light (for example, a French 75), medium (pisco and black) or full bodied (whisky and milk), with an alcohol-free section too. The Venning brothers do fuss-free so well, and they’ll be continuing this over to a concise food menu (a collaboration with Blixen), with small, medium and large bites available. Three must well and truly be the magic number.
