Joe Stokoe and Ali Dedianko count Milk and Honey, Belvedere and London Beer Week in their collective experience, so you know Ceremony are going to get the drinks right at the pair’s first restaurant. Yes, it’s vegetarian, but instead of anything that could be described as a health food concept, the new Tufnell Park spot embraces dishes that happen to be meat-free. Outside – and rare for London at least – a working kitchen garden provides vegetables and herbs to flesh out the seasonal, locally-focused menu. As for the name?
