COUNTER CULTURE

We love counter dining, so we like Counter Culture, the pintxos bar from the guys behind The Dairy. And staying true to form, there’s only be 15 seats, but of course, with standing room à la San Sebastián style. The menu boasts smoked lamb ribs with miso aubergine and spiced fennel ferment, and mackerel with sweet celery and sour rhubarb, but the real pull here is their BYOB policy.
