The bar here is one of our top solo dining spots. And sitting outside, with rosé and a blanket on a sunny day? Also a fave. We can’t get enough of their teal and coral colour palette, either. So when we heard they were launching brunch, it was a no-brainer. The menu is classic Sheekey with a twist; we say start with oysters and move onto a main like surf & turf burger (beef burger, lobster thermidor melt), Sheekey’s mac & cheese (shrimp, Cornish crab & bacon), crab & avocado eggs benedict – or keep it classic and go for half a lobster with sides like chips and a tomato salad. Make sure you have a Bloody Mary if you’re a fan, too – they have a dedicated BM menu, with a highlight being the Bourbon Mary. They have live music during brunch and serve until 4pm. This is a perfect way to enjoy a quiet West End Sunday.
