O’ver uses splashings of it in everything; pizzas, pasta, bread, salad, and hand-made desserts. But this isn’t all gimmick; the menu boasts some formidable Neapolitan classics such as arancini, truffled burrata and margherita with San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella.
