Meet Pamela, the Haggerston bar from the guys behind The Alibi and Birthdays (Real Gold). The bar replaced the Bleach pop up bar on Kingsland road, offering a more permanent post-salon watering hole. Billing itself as a ‘cocktail bar for people who don’t like cocktail bars’, Pamela’s thing is infusions. Beetroot-infused Bombay Sapphire, jalapeño infused vodka and peanut-infused rye: we’re intrigued.
