Heads up: Stevie Parle – the man who brought us Rotorino, Palatino and Craft – has opened a pasta-centric restaurant on Carnaby’s Ganton Street (conveniently located just around the corner from us). The menu is simple and concise, and we can vouch that it’s seriously good. Our highlights include the potato and gravy ravioli (how very Britalian), and the grouse, rabbit and pork agnoli in sage butter. Oh, and of course, there’s pasta-du-jour tonarelli cacio e pepe. Fresh pasta is a big deal right now, and Stevie’s take on it is simple, affordable, and comes in a Tom Dixon designed interior, with a side of Aperol slushie.
