Swapping their Soho spot for a bigger city space (80-100 covers) isn’t the only change Pitt Cue Co has made. They’ve rid the menu of pickle backs and have pulled back on the barbecue, focusing instead on curing, roasting, smoking – think grilled pork chops, whole roast turbot, and smoked pork jowls, washed down with a solid wine list and beer brewed on site. But the biggest change? They’re taking reservations.
