Rice is in the spotlight at new restaurant TĀ TĀ Eatery. Helmed by chefs Zijun Meng and Ana Gonçalves, who are both ex-Viajante and Chiltern Firehouse, means you can expect more than your average stir-fry. The menu, which is divided into snacks, hot plates and cold dishes, has a Portuguese and Chinese spin: think prawn tartare with egg yolk, butifarra (Catalan sausage with fermented turnips and egg yolk) and Iberian pork ribs with black bean and onions – all served with rice.
