Park Chinois has eight courses with Hennessy XO cocktail pairings (£125pp, until 6 Feb); Poons is popping up at Mortimer House Feb 9 and 10 (from £55pp, with a steamboat Chinese hot pot on the 9th and a seven-course tasting menu on the 10th, with Bill Poon and his kids Amy and Alan at the helm); Andrew Wong will be serving a five-course ‘Evening Menu’ at A Wong (£135pp); MiMi Mei Fair will have a multi-course celebration menu, including a whole wok-baked lobster and a glass of Champagne (£98pp until 15 Feb); Hakkasan (Mayfair and Hanway Place) will be serving a CNY menu until 15 Feb (£118pp), with stylist Bay Garnett dressing their staff in vintage tiger-themed wares for the period (the items will be sold at the end, too); and Yauatcha will also be running a menu (£60pp) until 15 Feb.
