Playlist: Stranger than Paradise

With owner Noreen McShane (formerly of Rough Trade East) at the helm, Mare Street Market’s resident vinyl store Stranger Than Paradise Records is becoming the ideal spot for a bit of a record re-up in Hackney. Consisting of new re-issues and 2018’s hotly tipped artists, Noreen’s UJ playlist features languid guitar from Snail Mail and lo-fi R&B from Tirzah – it’s one to put on and chill out.
