Mr Lyan, aka Ryan Chetiyawardana and his team, have kept us delighted with their inventive, seasonal, low-waste cocktails these past four years at Dandelyan, so we can’t quite believe they are now launching the final menu. After winning World’s 50 Best Bars, Dandelyan will end their time at Mondrian London at Sea Containers on an envious high with their third and final cocktail chapter. This time mint, hops and grapes take centre-stage – we have to try before they go!
