What’s your favourite London restaurant?
Japanese is my favourite cuisine so it would have to be The Araki.
My second is the Chinese restaurant Min Jiang at the top of Royal Garden Hotel on Kensington High Street. The view and the food is superb. I lived in Hong Kong so have an affinity for Asian cuisine.
Where do you go to celebrate?
I celebrate at home with friends. Good food, wine, conversation and all in a warm, familiar environment. And nothing beats going straight upstairs to bed!
Favourite international restaurant?
Masa in NYC. You get my drift.
Can you recommend a hidden London gem that we might not know about (can be anything)?
I love Crosstown Doughnuts in Marylebone for their vegan doughnuts – it’s sooo good! Also Chin Chin Labs’ nitrogen ice cream in Camden is worth a visit. After you scroll through Camden Market you need something fresh and cool!
Favourite global shop (apart from Koibird)?
It’s hard now that everything’s online. I truly don’t have one, hence why I started my business. Rare Market in Seoul is cool, Dover Street Market is always good and in Paris I go to big brands or vintage stores like Didier Ludot.
Three things you can’t travel without...
Bikinis, Nivea, CBD oil.
Favourite hotel?
The Aman resorts in most destinations. Villa Feltrinelli in Lake Garda also a gem.
Favourite summer destination?
Sardinia and Croatia. I spent my summers as a child in Croatia and I need a good beach with clear water and no jellyfish!
Train or plane?
Plane.
Late night or early morning?
OMG neither! I have a business and 2 toddlers!
