Hot Since 82’s huge Labyrinth party comes to Tobacco Dock on 31st March, with La Fleur, Eats Everything, and of course HS82 all making an appearance. We caught up with him just before the event to find out his fave spots in London and Ibiza.
Where do you love to eat when you’re in Ibiza?
Wild Beets in Santa Gertrudis, a great hidden gem serving up raw, vegan eats
And what’s your favourite restaurant when in London?
I’m a big fan of Yotam Ottolenghi – his restaurants have great Israeli wine. I’ve got loads of his cookbooks at home, too.
Other than your own nights, where do you like to party in Ibiza?
Well, I’ve been going for Circoloco for years – which is always fun. Aside from that I like spend some quiet time on the beach or with family.
Where do you celebrate in London?
You can’t beat the views from The Shard – that’s where I was for NYE last year.
