Try the wild mushroom and white truffle risotto at Comodo- it was a standout. Otherwise, venture out of the hotel and take a boat to the Corfu Sailing Club, which serves up seasonal Mediterranean cuisine, and is packed with locals-always a good sign. And for the freshest seafood around, head to The Fisherman in north Corfu, where you’ll literally be served the catch of the day, caught and cooked in front of you.
Top Tip
Come to the MarBella Corfu for some serious R&R- think bespoke spa treatments and private jacuzzis- before hitting the party season in Mykonos or Santorini, less than three hours away. It’s well worth hiring a private boat and heading to one of the many secluded islands off Benitsas, too: private beaches and crazy clear water guaranteed.
