Weekend brunch at Corbin and King's Wolseley twin goes on until a rather bohemian 5.30pm, and its menu is a compendious delight, with superb viennoiserie, of course, seafood, eggs every which way, and the best selection of wiener sausages in town (don't miss dry riesling to go with). The nicest tables are probably in the window; there are always one or two kept back for walk-ins.
Top Tip:
Order a tarte flambée and a dozen oysters, and make juicy little rolls – this idea came from a certain Saturday Times restaurant critic and is well worth pinching.
Breakfast: Mon–Fri 7am–11.30am; Saturday 8am–11am.
Brunch: Sat/Sun 11am–5pm.
