Choose between the dining room, with its 3-5 course menu options and grinning wall-mounted Venetian masks, or enjoy simpler (but just as delicious) fare including German bratwurst, truffle fries and burgers in the Champagne Lounge. Relax in the high back leather chairs and pluck away at a selection of fresh oysters, pull out the knife (yes, really) and saber a bottle of champagne in the cellar, Napoleonic style, or pitch up at the Champagne Bar with its ring of ice containing tumblers of bubbles. Either way, you’ll be impressed.
