Underground is one of Ibiza’s unheralded party dens, bypassed by much of the tourist crowd, in a former finca on the road from Ibiza to San An. With its low-ceilings and villa-style layout, this is an intimate clubbing experience that hots up as the night progresses. You may start sipping drinks by the sidelines, but by morning you’ll be immersed in a full on dance-a-thon. The interior is nothing to shout about, and comfort isn’t the key here, so make sure you arrive around 2am when it’s already buzzing. Open every day except for Sundays.

Take a taxi number with you in case there aren’t any waiting when you want to leave. Flagging them down can be tricky.
