It's not the journey, it's the destination, right?

Today sees the launch of Destination, the boutique gym that brings mobile phone tariffs to the health and fitness generation.

This is the Pay As You Go gym (it's not as tacky as it sounds, really) - no contracts or minimum membership periods. You still have to fork out at least £55 a month (may not be cheap, but for a posh gym, it's not bad), which includes one free personal training session to check you're on track. The difference is if you don't have the willpower, you cancel without feeling guilty. Now, that's my kind of gym.

Already offering a beauty retreat, and a range of alternative therapies (osteopathy, physiotherapy and holistic medicine), the whole set-up is all about personal service.

And if you think you look hot in spandex (?!) you'll be happy to know that fine species like Ewan McGregor and Mr Trevor Nelson (sorry boys, not sure if Sienna has signed up yet) could be spinning beside you.

Personally, however, the thought of wearing spandex (me) and bumping into hot bod (Trev) just makes me want to skip my first session.
