Without wanting to sound flippant, it's a serious question, and one I'm sure we've all pondered at some point. Well now there's an answer, the Crazy (-Looking) Chick club for T-girls.

Whilst (almost) sharing the name of Charlotte Church's rubbish debut single and sounding like an 80s porn flick, I am reliably informed that this is a high-end haunt for pre-op transsexuals.

Crazy Chick's obligatory glamorous hostess Telisa has created a 'spa' bar dedicated to the cultural obligations of any self respecting intersexual, with a Jacuzzi, pedicure and manicure facilities and regular catwalk shows.

The regulars can beautify themselves free of the awkward social practicalities that those waiting for full gender reassignment suffer, which is nice.

The club, suffice to say, is a genuinely innovative attempt to support the capital's transgender community, and therefore everyone else is politely excluded.

Which is shame, cause this spa of sorts definitely sounds more fun than nursing wanker-titled-drinks at another designer dive, which is where I'll be.
