Brave new world

Remember that scene in Terminator when we glimpse at a nightmarish future where the machines have turned on the humans and nearly brought about the end of the world?

Well they nearly got it right, they just missed out the celebrities.

That's right: the slebs are learning to use technology and the end is very nearly nigh.

Consider BlogStar.com where you can subscribe to "multimedia content uploaded by Hollywood celebrities". Anyone who wants to can now access the contents of Ashlee Simpsons' brain via their mobile phone. Scary, huh? Or maybe you want to 'interact' with 'Goodtime Davey' Arquette as he "takes you inside his wild and wacky world" (we swear to God we're not making this up). What happened Ashton, did all your real friends realise they hated you?

What next? Will David Beckham be moblogging from his Virgin phone (although, thinking about it, Brooklyn might make a better job of it)? Will we be able to subscribe to Chantelle and Preston's webcam? Will Paris Hilton record herself having sex and then distribute it on the inter... oh, hang on.
