Haven't we all made that promise at some time or other? Sworn off booze after a particularly heavy/embarrassing weekend (we're cringing about a few right now). But it doesn't really matter how many times you pledge you're going dry: by Wednesday, you're necking that beautiful bottle. Again. It's just too difficult to cope in London without a few. We can't imagine
enjoying London without the hazy buzz of a half bottle of wine. And
certainly a lot less fun. |

But it would be good to cut down, which is why we're all about the new low alcohol wines hitting the market. Both Waitrose and Sainsbury are launching a selection of low alcohol wine, meaning that you can still sink your dinner party average of two bottles without, I don't know, snogging the host and then taking a nap in the loo.
