Knick-knacks and bric-a-brac are in full effect in this cocktail lounge with rooms, whose designers have had a bit of fun with the historic townhouse theme. The drinks are straight-up amazing, though, since the list was devised by the one and only Tony Conigliaro; house gimlets and kir royales are rethought seasonally, and made using home-made cordials such as rhubarb, pomegranate or pine needle. Bruno Loubet is in charge of bar snacks; so expect the deep-fried anchovy olives and Parmesan shortbread to be very good indeed.
Top Tip:
The divine nettle gimlet isn't on the menu any more, but they'll still make you one if you ask.
