The crew behind this local favourite in Formentera have opened a new spot in San Juan, and like the original, it’s the kind of place you’ll easily settle into for a night. Meaning ‘my way’ in Spanish (and Italian), this restaurant keeps its carbon footprint low, serving fresh, colourful produce from its organic orchard – think courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta, octopus salad with hummus and cherry tomatoes, and beetroot ravioli with local fish.
