With its amazing location next to Pacha, B.For (call it B4 if you like; everyone else does) has seen nearly every seasoned visitor to the island (and the odd celebrity) stop by for pre-clubbing sushi. It’s actually part of a large group of restaurants founded in France in 1998, with locations in Miami and Casablanca; tuck into fusion dishes such as strawberry maki. Yum.
