Bernie Katz is a Soho legend. With double-digit years at the helm of Groucho, he is as much a part of the club as the piano and twiglets. Gatekeeper of all late night antics (read his book), this dapper man hasn’t seen a night before 5AM in years. Perfectly suited then, to running a pop up in Ibiza. A white isle regular for years, he loves the island and is well versed in all things insider when it comes IBZ.

1. Sa Talaia – it looks like Dynasty with a Spanish twist of lemon.
2. La Paloma – just for the tomatoes! And the onions you can bite like an apple. I never skip a visit. It’s absolutely beautiful here.
3. Mambo – absolutely stunning. The view of the sea is amazing. For my age group, it’s best early or late in the season. I just love the horizon.
